An unknown group deploys a fast-acting biological weapon that affects most of the known world. Instantly countries are angry, economies are crashing, nukes are flying, chaos… and then final collapse. Meanwhile, a group of sysadmins for a major Internet backbone corporation are locked away in their air-tight, reasonably safe operations center. They band together with other sysadmins around the globe as they all struggle to keep the Internet up and running despite the loss of friends, family, and stability.
